What I loved most about sales wasn't closing deals. It was the conversations. Sitting across from small business owners who had poured everything into building something they were proud of, and helping them articulate why it mattered. That's when I realized my real talent wasn't selling. It was listening, understanding, and then finding the words.

So I went back to school, earned my Master of Professional Writing, and fell in love with content strategy. What followed was 14 years of helping B2B brands ditch the boring brochures and build messaging that actually resonates with buyers.

My sales background isn't just a fun fact. It's the reason I understand how content connects to revenue. It's also the reason I'm fluent in frameworks like the Challenger Sale when helping clients build consensus and drive faster decisions.
